Program overview

The purpose of MCM in Hospitality Management is to develop students as professional, self-reflecting individuals able to meet the demands of employers in Hospitality Management and adapt to a constantly changing world. The qualifications aim to widen access to higher education and enhance the career prospects of those who undertake them.

The Hospitality Management program at MENA College of Management developed from extensive industry input and designed with a focus on progressive learning in four hospitality and tourism areas including management, finance, human resources, and marketing.

This program will provide a platform to learn the technical and operational skills required for the hospitality industry. Students will learn the technical skills of basic hospitality operations such as front office, food production, accommodation, and F&B, as well as general management skills.
