Dr. Ruchi has more than fifteen years of teaching experience at the Higher Education level in India, Muscat (Oman), and the UAE, teaching several courses in the disciplines of management. During her tenure, she has been associated with the Scottish Qualifications Authority and the University of Stirling in Scotland and has received the title of 'Recognized Teacher' from universities in the UK. She has published several research articles in international research journals, presented papers at international conferences, including the World Education Congress. She is the co-author of a book on Customer Equity. Her main areas of interest are Consumer Behavior, Marketing Communications, Service Marketing, Retail Management, Digital Marketing, and Consumer-Generated Media.
