Qualifications Required:

The Director of (IEQA) unit plays a major role in assuring that the College is adhering to high standards in all its operations.
Reports to: President
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make sure that the community of the College is maintaining high standards of ethics
- Supervise all reviews and reports obtained by his/her staff or sent by different units to evaluate the degree of achieving the required quality
- Fulfill the requirements from the CAA and Ministry of Education
- Ensure that all units of MCM are continuously improving quality
- Helping IEQA staff to achieve excellence
- Help MCM win international prestigious awards in quality of education
- Develop further the Philosophy of Quality for MCM
- Develop further systems, policies, and procedures for MCM
- Assess the quality of programs and services provided by the College
- Assess and evaluate the performance of the staff and the faculty members
Qualifications:
- An earned an internationally recognized doctoral degree
- Five (5) years of teaching experience in higher education, or a combination of five years of experience in teaching and other employment-related to the field
- Experience in managing academic quality assurance processes including reviews for institutional and/or program accreditation
- Specialization is open; a specialization in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or Digital Business would be an advantage
- Previous experience in the GCC is an advantage.
- Must be of good conduct
MENA College of Management (MCM) looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to the President's Office.
Reports to: President
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling information requests, between President's Office from internal and external entities.
- Preparing correspondence between President's Office and internal and external entities.
- Receiving visitors and Arranging conference and calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Meeting notes from the Presidential Office
- Follow up on Work accomplished as set by the College President
Qualifications:
- With a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent typing skills in Arabic Experience in GCC is an advantage
- Must be of good conduct
- Organization and flexibility; multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and working as part of a team; well-developed communications and reading skills; knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation; familiarity with computers and common business applications; confidentiality
